2022 LUMINSEA OFFSHORE GENERAL SAFETY RULES

LOPBA Offshore, Offshore Racing Committee, Offshore Category and ORC are synonymous terms for the LOPBA Offshore Racing Committee.

Due to the many different characteristics of LOPBR events, the LUMINSEA General Safety Rules do not apply to the Unlimited Category, Offshore Category, and Special Events.
